So....been doing my lists (slowly) like a good little Mind Booster should... :^)... and I think I am doing better. Mind is sharper, I seem more sure in my decision making....subtle, yet significant changes for me. At the point where I'm not sure if this is happening because of the Processes or because of [whatever magical whatzit]....* Anyway, my question: does it help to go through the Basic Emotions list numerous times or is once enough? I am one of those people who don't yawn, maybe two or three times, when doing Basic Processor or Merge. Is there a way to make the process more effective for me or am I doing ok? And since I'm asking: how has Mind Booster helped you (whoever feels like answering)? I just need something to guage my success (?) by. Thanks

So, lets go through each question. You should go through basic emotions just once, going more will be a waste. Now, you can load youeself with automatic mechanisms, if you already started the work with your past (this will be the most effective approachb, in combination with Auto-Kicker). And yawning is not obligatory, intention is main here. And considering the last question, in general, MB helps you to get rid of excesses and to get closer to the true self. This means the sharpness of mind, concentration, less or no automatic reactions, and finally enlightenment (the condition which many people seek for decades and may never reach). More details about what MB gives will be in the book, which will be ready in a week or two.
